Terms of Service

BeeWritten — Effective Date: March 30, 2026

Important notice

These Terms govern access to and use of the BeeWritten website, applications, and related services.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.

BeeWritten uses AI to generate social media content, but you remain responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it to any platform.

By connecting a social media account, you confirm that you have the authority to authorize BeeWritten to publish content on that account's behalf.

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Ajinkya Meshram, doing business as BeeWritten (“BeeWritten,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your access to and use of the BeeWritten website, dashboards, content creation and scheduling tools, publishing integrations, support channels, and any related services, software, features, or content that link to or reference these Terms (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, connecting a social media account, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and the words “you” and “your” include that organization.

2. Eligibility and acceptable audience

The Service is intended for individuals, businesses, marketers, content creators, agencies, and other users who want to create and publish social media content using AI-powered tools. You may use the Service only if you can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not designed specifically for children.

3. Description of the Service

BeeWritten is a subscription-based software service that allows users to define brand identities, generate AI-written captions and AI-generated images, organize content into campaigns, schedule posts, and publish directly to connected social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

The Service may change over time. We may add, remove, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, platform support, publishing limits, dashboards, or other parts of the Service at any time, including to improve functionality, security, performance, or compliance.

4. Accounts and registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. We may rely on the contact information in your account to provide notices, billing communications, and service messages.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us at support@beewritten.com if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or other security incidents affecting your account.

5. User content and connected social accounts

You retain ownership of the brand details, product information, creative inputs, and other materials you provide to BeeWritten (“User Content”), subject to the rights you grant below. You grant BeeWritten a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, copy, store, and display User Content solely as needed to operate, secure, maintain, support, improve, and provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control the necessary rights, consents, and permissions for all User Content you submit;
  • Your User Content does not violate any contract, law, privacy right, intellectual property right, or third-party right;
  • When you connect a social media account, you are authorized to grant BeeWritten publishing permissions on that account; and
  • When you use the Service on behalf of a client or employer, you are authorized to do so and to connect any accounts or submit any content involved.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all content published through BeeWritten, including AI-generated content that you review and approve for publishing.

6. AI-generated content and review obligations

BeeWritten uses AI models to generate captions, images, and other content based on your brand and campaign inputs. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, suitable, complete, or appropriate for every context. Tone, style, factual claims, image content, and platform suitability may vary.

You must review and approve all AI-generated content before it is published to any social media platform. BeeWritten is not responsible for the consequences of publishing content that you have approved, including content that may be inaccurate, off-brand, offensive, or in violation of a platform's community standards or advertising policies.

The Service does not provide marketing strategy advice, legal guidance, compliance review, or guarantees about the performance, reach, or outcome of any published content.

7. Social media platform integrations

To publish content through BeeWritten, you may connect your Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok accounts via their respective official authorization flows. By doing so, you grant BeeWritten the permissions necessary to schedule and publish content on your behalf as directed by you within the Service.

Your use of connected social media platforms remains subject to each platform's own terms of service, community guidelines, and policies. BeeWritten does not control those platforms and is not responsible for any account restrictions, content removals, suspensions, or policy enforcement actions taken by a social media platform in relation to content published through BeeWritten.

You may revoke BeeWritten's access to any connected account at any time, either from within the BeeWritten dashboard or through the relevant platform's own account settings.

8. Subscription plans, billing, and renewals

BeeWritten may offer free and paid plans. Current public pricing and plan descriptions are displayed on the Website. Plan names, limits, prices, features, and allowances may change prospectively.

If you enroll in a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable recurring subscription fees, taxes, and any other amounts clearly disclosed to you at checkout or within the Service. Subscription periods may be monthly or otherwise specified at purchase.

Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods equal to the initial subscription term until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, billing portal, or by contacting support, but cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges only and does not retroactively cancel the current billing period.

You are responsible for keeping payment information current. If a payment method fails or an invoice remains unpaid, we may retry charges, suspend access, reduce feature availability, or terminate the relevant subscription after reasonable attempts to collect payment.

9. Refunds, credits, and cancellation effect

Because the Service is digital and access is made available promptly after signup or payment, refunds are generally not provided. However, nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

If you believe the Service was unavailable due to a system error, materially failed to perform as described, or charged you in error, you should contact support@beewritten.com promptly with reasonable details. BeeWritten may, in its discretion and after investigation, issue a refund, partial refund, service credit, extension, or other resolution on a case-by-case basis.

When you cancel a subscription, your paid access typically remains available until the end of the current paid billing period unless we expressly state otherwise. After cancellation or downgrade, certain features, usage limits, stored content, or historical access may change based on the plan you retain.

10. Fees, taxes, and pricing changes

Displayed prices may exclude or include taxes depending on the applicable region, checkout presentation, and legal requirements. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental charges associated with your purchase, other than taxes based on our net income.

We may change prices, usage allowances, feature bundles, or plan structure at any time on a prospective basis. Unless immediate changes are required for legal, tax, or security reasons, pricing changes for existing recurring subscriptions typically take effect on a future billing cycle after notice through the Website, product interface, email, or billing portal.

11. Acceptable use restrictions

You may not use the Service to violate any law, regulation, contractual obligation, or third-party right. Without limitation, you may not:

  • Submit content you do not have the right to use or publish;
  • Use the Service to generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, obscene, or in violation of any platform's policies;
  • Connect social media accounts you are not authorized to manage or publish on behalf of;
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities except with our written permission;
  • Interfere with the Service or bypass rate limits, access controls, quotas, or usage restrictions;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly prohibits that restriction;
  • Use the Service to build or benchmark a competing service in a misleading or abusive manner;
  • Upload malware or harmful code; or
  • Use automated means to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.

We may monitor use for security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, dispute handling, service integrity, and compliance with these Terms.

12. Availability, maintenance, and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Downtime, latency, integration interruptions, social platform API changes, maintenance windows, AI model availability, and third-party outages can occur.

We may suspend or limit access to all or part of the Service for maintenance, security events, abuse prevention, infrastructure changes, legal compliance, or other operational reasons. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize unnecessary disruption.

13. Third-party services and integrations

The Service relies on third-party providers including payment processors, AI model providers, cloud infrastructure services, image generation services, social media platform APIs, analytics tools, and authentication services. Third-party services are governed by the terms and privacy practices of those providers, not by these Terms.

BeeWritten is not responsible for third-party products, websites, integrations, software, content, or downtime, and does not guarantee that any third-party integration — including social media platform APIs — will remain available, unchanged, or compatible over time.

14. Intellectual property and limited license

BeeWritten and its licensors own the Service, including the Website, software, workflows, branding, visual design, interfaces, text, graphics, code, AI models, know-how, and all related intellectual property rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service or any intellectual property to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BeeWritten grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service for your internal personal or business purposes during the term of your lawful use. You may not copy, resell, frame, mirror, republish, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

15. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, comments, or other feedback about the Service, you grant BeeWritten a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, incorporate, publish, and exploit that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we are not required to identify you by name unless we choose to do so with your consent.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access immediately or on notice if we reasonably believe that: (a) you breached these Terms; (b) your use poses a security, privacy, fraud, or legal risk; (c) payment is overdue; (d) we are required to do so by law or a competent authority; or (e) continued provision of the Service is no longer commercially, technically, or legally feasible.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination or suspension does not relieve you of obligations that accrued before termination, including payment obligations. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions on fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.

17. Data handling and privacy

Our collection and handling of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that BeeWritten may collect and use account information, billing details, usage information, support communications, connected account tokens, and campaign data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and support the Service.

Where you use the Service to manage content for a client or employer, you are responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required permissions or lawful bases for connecting their accounts and processing their content.

18. Confidentiality and account security

You may provide BeeWritten with brand information, business details, and social media account access as part of using the Service. You should use appropriate judgment about what you share and connect, and you remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any connected account tokens.

BeeWritten may maintain technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Service, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

19. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. BeeWritten disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, availability, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your particular workflow.

Without limiting the foregoing, BeeWritten does not warrant that AI-generated content will always be accurate, brand-appropriate, free from errors, compliant with platform policies, or effective for any particular marketing purpose. Results from AI content generation are outputs of probabilistic models and may vary.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeWritten and its operator, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, expected savings, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of BeeWritten arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to BeeWritten for the Service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD 50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

21. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BeeWritten, its operator, and related parties from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your misuse of the Service; (d) any content you approve and publish through the Service; or (e) your violation of any law, social media platform policy, or third-party right.

22. Export controls and sanctions

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from receiving the Service under applicable export control, sanctions, or trade laws. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or ordinarily resident in a comprehensively embargoed jurisdiction to the extent prohibited by applicable law, and that you are not on any applicable restricted-party list that would make your use unlawful.

23. Referral programs, beta features, and promotional offers

BeeWritten may from time to time offer referral programs, promotional credits, trials, beta features, or similar programs. Unless stated otherwise, such programs are optional, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and may be governed by additional terms, eligibility criteria, and abuse-prevention rules. Promotional credits usually have no cash value and may expire or be revoked for misuse, fraud, or mistake.

24. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent superseded by mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you and cannot legally be waived.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, you and BeeWritten agree that the courts located in Japan will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact support@beewritten.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the Effective Date, posting a notice on the Website or in the Service, or contacting you through your account email. By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

26. General provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BeeWritten regarding the Service, except for any additional written terms that expressly apply to a specific feature, enterprise arrangement, or promotional program. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, as part of a business transfer, sale, reorganization, or by operation of law.
